ÉäÉäÎÝ is working to increase trust in electoral processes, reduce anti-democratic behavior, and mitigate violence through the 2022 and 2024 election cycles. Efforts are focused on Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Florida, and North Carolina.
Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, through the nonpartisan Partnership for American Democracy, awarded ÉäÉäÎÝ a $100,000 grant to support the Center’s programming around the 2022 elections in the state of Georgia. The Center developed an election education campaign, which included messaging about making a plan to register and to vote under the state’s new rules and asking more Georgians to consider serving as poll workers in their local precincts. The funds also support the establishment of conflict resilience networks in Georgia communities that were identified as being at heightened risk of political violence and other disruptions to the democratic process.
Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is a nonprofit organization that manages more than $400 million in annual giving by individuals, families, corporations, and foundations.
